Senior Energy Components Upstream Advisor

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Senior Energy Components (EC) Upstream Advisor to lead high‑impact software implementations for oil & gas clients across the Middle East. The role is hybrid, based in Abu Dhabi, and focuses on designing, deploying and optimizing the Quorum Energy Components platform for upstream operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead teams of up to 15 consultants delivering enterprise‑scale implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture, including design, development, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, mapping workflows to industry best practices and Quorum capabilities.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level consultants to foster technical excellence.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in Quorum Energy Components and upstream oil & gas workflows (gas scheduling, dispatching, sales, revenue accounting).
• Strong technical background with experience leading complex implementations.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
