About the role
We are seeking a Senior Engineer – Service Sales to manage AMC renewals, acquire third‑party contracts, and lead tender participation for elevators and escalators in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for elevators and escalators, engaging clients, preparing proposals, and closing agreements.
- Pursue and secure maintenance contracts for third‑party elevators, escalators, and moving walks through market research, site surveys, and technical evaluations.
- Participate in tenders for AMC, repair works, and modernization projects, handling documentation, compliance, pricing, and coordination.
- Ensure timely collection of payments for booked orders, coordinating with clients and supporting finance in resolving issues.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams, sharing customer requirements, arranging site visits, and supporting issue resolution to maintain service continuity.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth and retention.
