Senior Enterprise Account Executive – New Logo Hunter (Cybersecurity)

About the role

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on new‑logo acquisition, you will lead Sophos’ growth in the UAE by targeting enterprise and high‑mid‑market customers. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with internal sales, engineering, and channel partners to deliver Sophos’ AI‑driven cybersecurity platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close net‑new enterprise and mid‑market customers across the UAE.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of 3–5 times quota.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation and contract signing.
• Map target accounts across key sectors such as government, BFSI, oil & gas, and large enterprises.
• Develop territory plans aligned with regional buying cycles and budgets.
• Establish CXO/CISO relationships and position cybersecurity as a strategic business risk.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners and Enterprise Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Proven track record of acquiring new enterprise logos in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of UAE buying cycles and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint, network, email, cloud security, XDR, MDR and SIEM.
• Experience selling complex, multi‑layered security portfolios.
