Senior Executive - Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Architect to lead the architectural design process from concept through completion for projects in Dubai. The role involves ensuring compliance with DIEZ regulations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering high‑quality, sustainable developments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, review, and provide technical feedback on authority design submissions in line with DIEZ regulations.
• Oversee the architectural design process from concept to project completion, ensuring adherence to design standards and regulations.
• Review and coordinate design submissions to align with master plans and authority requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to support project delivery and approvals.
• Ensure integration of architectural, structural, and MEP designs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage consultants and contractors to maintain design quality, regulatory compliance, and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, facilitate timely authority approvals, and resolve design or compliance issues.
• Contribute to master planning, urban development, and public realm initiatives for sustainable, integrated developments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in architectural design and project delivery, preferably in large‑scale developments.
• Proven ability to work with government authorities and navigate regulatory frameworks such as DIEZ.
• Strong coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands‑on experience conducting site inspections and managing compliance matters.
• Background in master planning and urban development initiatives.
