Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and delivery positions across our regional footprint, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and India. The role will partner closely with hiring managers and group HR to build pipelines and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, delivery and support roles across multiple entities.
• Translate requisitions into sourcing briefs, set realistic timelines and drive sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and niche IT channels.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate status updates and clean data for reporting.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health and offer‑acceptance rates.
• Coordinate pre‑employment checks, offer documentation and compliance with UAE labour law.
• Collaborate with external agencies, managing cost and quality of sourced candidates.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in‑house for IT services, technology or outsourcing.
• Proven track record recruiting developers, engineers, IT support and project delivery staff.
• Experience recruiting across more than one country is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting/MIS.
