Senior Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Savills Real Estate LLC is looking for a forward‑thinking Senior Facilities Supervisor to lead the supervision, tendering and day‑to‑day management of facilities and maintenance services for its residential portfolio in Dubai. The role reports to the Associate Director – Facilities Management and works closely with UAE and Middle‑East FM teams to embed best practice.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and monitor facilities management and maintenance services for properties managed by the Dubai Property Management team.
• Manage KPI’s of service providers and Annual Maintenance Contractors, producing monthly performance reports for landlords.
• Attend client meetings, prepare professional monthly reports and present findings using clear visuals.
• Ensure compliance with FM policies, health, safety, environmental procedures and building regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections, document findings and recommendations.
• Oversee move‑in/move‑out reporting, fit‑out procedures and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the accounts team on supplier payments and minimise unit downtime.
• Enforce lease terms, anti‑money‑laundering and fraud prevention policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management supervision, tendering and day‑to‑day operations.
• Strong ability to manage KPI’s, produce detailed reports and present them professionally.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, environmental standards and building regulations.
• Experience working with landlords, property managers and service providers.
• Ability to coordinate fit‑out projects and handle move‑in/move‑out processes.
• Understanding of anti‑money‑laundering, fraud prevention and corporate due‑diligence policies.
