Senior Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finacle Techno‑Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Finacle core‑banking implementations in Dubai. The role bridges business requirements with technical execution, focusing on Finacle scripting, PL/SQL development and configuration of key banking modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional design, gap analysis and configuration of Finacle modules such as CASA, TD and Loans.
• Develop custom solutions using Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL to meet specific banking needs.
• Manage API integrations, batch job scheduling, monitoring and menu customisation.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee delivery milestones, support UAT, troubleshoot issues and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of techno‑functional experience with Finacle.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Finacle Scripting and PL/SQL.
• Proven experience with core banking modules (CASA, TD, Loans) and API integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement‑gathering abilities.
