Senior Finance Analyst - Central Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team in Dubai, reporting to the FP&A Manager. The role will lead management reporting, drive planning and budgeting, and provide commercial insight that influences leadership decisions across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end preparation, analysis and distribution of monthly MIS reports, delivering actionable financial and operational insight.
• Conduct detailed monthly reviews of business‑unit P&Ls to identify critical variances and assess impact on year‑to‑date performance.
• Maintain and optimise BI platforms and EPM systems to ensure data integrity and seamless reporting cycles.
• Support the Finance Business Partner during annual planning and budgeting, validating submissions for accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Provide financial analysis and support to business partners on key initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and contribute to ad‑hoc analysis and projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes, systems and controls.

Required profile

• Qualified CA, CPA, CMA or CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in core FP&A, with at least 2–3 years in the UAE.
• Proven capability in planning, budgeting, financial modelling, MIS and consolidation.
• Industry experience in FMCG, retail or contracting.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Hyperion, Qlik or Power BI, and working in a UAE‑based conglomerate.
