Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

Scope Investments is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Finance Analyst to join its Finance team in Dubai. The role will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual budgets, monthly budgets and rolling forecasts for channels, brands and stores.
• Track business performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly P&L analysis by channel, brand and store, including variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering sales, margins, operating expenses and inventory.
• Provide financial insights and scenario analysis to support management decision‑making.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and presentations for business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with accounting during month‑end close, including accruals and analytical reviews.
• Support new store feasibility studies, lease renewals and other investment cases.
• Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis as required.

Required profile

• Experienced finance professional with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to provide actionable financial insights and identify business risks and opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills to support strategic decision‑making.
• Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
