Senior Finance Analyst – Retail

About the role

We are a leading UAE retail group representing premium sports, lifestyle and consumer brands. We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across our multi‑channel business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual and monthly budgets and rolling forecasts by channel, brand and store for Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce.
• Track business plans against budget/forecast, flagging risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting on month‑end close, accruals and analytical reviews.
• Own the monthly management reporting pack (P&L by channel, brand and store) with variance analysis.
• Prepare PowerPoint decks for business reviews, leadership meetings and brand updates.
• Maintain KPI dashboards covering sales, margin, OPEX and inventory.
• Support new store feasibility studies, lease renewals and other investment cases.
• Enhance financial models and automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI and AI tools.
• Assist ERP and BI enhancements, ensuring master data quality.
• Document reporting processes for repeatability and auditability.
• Provide ad‑hoc scenario modelling and decision support for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field; CIMA, ACCA, CA or CFA preferred.
• 5‑8 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, including 2‑3 years in retail.
• Experience in GCC markets is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; Power BI a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with a major ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics.
