Senior Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and client finance operations across GCC jurisdictions for a fast‑growing international Governance, Risk & Compliance consultancy headquartered in DIFC, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and month‑end close processes for multiple entities.
• Oversee VAT, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting across GCC jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to IFRS and local GCC financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits across the organization.
• Provide financial insights and reporting to senior leadership and GCC‑based stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to guarantee regulatory and financial accuracy.
• Maintain strong governance and internal controls across all finance processes.

Required profile

• 10–12+ years of relevant experience.
• ACCA, CA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.) and familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, VAT systems and compliance requirements.
• Background in financial services, consultancy or multi‑entity organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
