Senior Finance Manager

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking a highly motivated Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across its retail, wholesale and e‑commerce channels in the GCC region. The role combines strategic financial planning, operational finance expertise and leadership to support business growth and maintain financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI dashboards and financial models.
• Partner with business heads to drive strategic decisions and profitability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other GCC tax laws, managing filings, reconciliations and audits.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on corporate tax matters and regulatory changes.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities to optimise the company’s tax position.

Required profile

• Extensive finance leadership experience within the GCC region.
• Strong blend of strategic thinking, operational finance expertise and people‑management skills.
• Proven ability to support business growth while ensuring financial integrity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
