About the role
The Group CFO will lead restructuring initiatives for a prominent regional diversified conglomerate, overseeing financial strategy and driving automation across the group.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategies and policies.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance to optimise profitability.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support executive decision‑making.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives across the organisation.
Required profile
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA.
- Proven track record in restructuring (mandatory).
- Experience of managing operations in the EU (mandatory).
- Strong capital restructuring experience (mandatory).
