Senior Financial Analyst – Oracle & Reporting

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst ensures efficient data entry, manipulation, and reporting of financial information across multiple systems. The role supports the Finance Division, oversees month‑end closing, and drives automation to improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer databases such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Currencies, and Chart of Accounts.
• Supervise monthly closing, data uploads, and production of financial and cost reports.
• Ensure integrity of interfaces between Oracle Financials and ancillary systems (e.g., Maximo, HRMS).
• Prepare monthly cost reports, quarterly/annual billing statements, and budget reports in line with company guidelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain financial reporting structures in Oracle Financials.
• Participate in finance‑related system implementations and define business requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users, away teams, and young UAE nationals.
• Analyze processes and propose automation solutions to enhance performance.
• Perform scenario analysis and develop ad‑hoc queries as needed.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Oracle Financials and related enterprise systems.
• Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis.
• Proven ability to supervise month‑end closing and manage financial data integrity.
• Experience delivering training and support to diverse user groups.
• Ability to work safely and comply with HSE requirements.
