Senior Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

About the role

Al Boom Marine, a leading retail and e‑commerce group in the MENA region, is looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead finance across its Retail, Wholesale and E‑commerce channels in the GCC. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for FP&A, accounting, tax and VAT compliance while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning for all business channels.
• Produce variance analysis, KPI dashboards and financial models to drive actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and GCC tax laws, manage filings, reconciliations and audits.
• Partner with business heads to evaluate new opportunities, investments and expansion plans.
• Monitor working capital, inventory and cash flow, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 8‑10 years of finance experience, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record in FP&A, budgeting and strategic financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and GCC tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
