About the role
This function ensures exceptional dining experiences in a highly empowered environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering flawless service from welcome to farewell and turning each guest into a happy fan of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct all operational tasks in F&B service while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
- Prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high school diploma (college degree in Hotel Management preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality company.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language is an asset.
