Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

About the role

SPSOFT is seeking a hands‑on Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production‑grade agentic AI systems. The role is on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires close collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders to turn real problems into AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with stakeholders to translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain production‑grade AI services using Python.
• Build LLM, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool‑calling integrations, and voice/chat interfaces.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal databases, APIs, and third‑party services.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Operate within cloud environments, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in collaboration with on‑site teams.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions clearly.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Python; ability to write, debug, and maintain complex code.
• Hands‑on experience delivering production LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and databases.
