Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

Presight is looking for a senior engineer who will work directly with strategic customers to deploy, integrate and extend its AI‑powered analytics platform. You will translate complex business challenges into production‑ready solutions while collaborating across product, engineering and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, integration and extension of Presight products in customer environments.
• Own end‑to‑end technical delivery from discovery through production rollout.
• Design and develop extensions, connectors, workflows, prototypes and reusable components.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility and manage risks.
• Develop, review and maintain production‑quality software using modern engineering practices.
• Create APIs, data pipelines and AI‑enabled components, including LLM workflows and model integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, data, integrations and infrastructure.
• Identify recurring customer needs to inform product improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI or data‑analytics solutions in customer settings.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, self‑organising teams.
• Senior‑level technical expertise with a focus on deployment and integration.
