Senior FP&A Manager – Global ARR

About the role

IFS is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the governance, reporting and analysis of the Group’s Software Bookings, Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) metrics on a global scale. The role will be based in Dubai and will work closely with finance leadership, sales operations and executive management to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV and ARR reporting process and deliver accurate results to executive and board stakeholders.
• Produce insightful analysis of performance trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data quality, automation and business insight.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations and regional finance teams to align metrics and assumptions.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate complex reporting issues and influence stakeholders to adopt best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in commercial finance or FP&A within the software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a track record of delivering high‑quality financial insights.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, global environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
