Senior Full-Stack Developer – Real Estate Finance & Oracle Integration

About the role

The Senior Full-Stack Developer will design and build a Real Estate Finance & Payment Plan module inside the company’s CRM. The role focuses on financial calculations, billing events, payment allocation, reconciliation, and seamless integration with Oracle Fusion ERP via REST APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a configurable finance engine covering selling prices, down‑payments, installments, discounts, penalties and partial payments.
• Create billing‑event and payment‑plan engines triggered by bookings, SPA signing, construction milestones and handover dates.
• Implement receipt and payment allocation logic, including advance and unallocated payments.
• Integrate the CRM with Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Receivables using REST APIs, handling authentication, data mapping, validation, error handling, retries, logging and idempotency.
• Build automated reconciliation between CRM and Oracle to detect missing, duplicate or mismatched transactions.
• Design controlled workflows for discounts, waivers, adjustments, cancellations and payment‑plan amendments with full audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with proven work on enterprise‑level financial or ERP applications.
• Experience owning projects from architecture through testing, UAT, production deployment and handover.
• Prior experience with real‑estate payment‑plan systems or ERP integration is highly preferred.

Required skills

• ASP.NET Core / C# or Node.js development.
• Strong REST API design and integration experience.
• SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Oracle Fusion REST APIs / Oracle Receivables.
• Financial transaction systems, ERP/accounting systems, payment‑plan engines.
• Transaction management, reconciliation, background jobs/queues, security and automated testing.
