Senior GenAI Architect – Onsite (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Our client, a global AWS Consulting Partner, is seeking a Senior Generative AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise‑grade Agentic AI solutions for a UAE Government project. The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and requires deep expertise in autonomous AI agents and LLM frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or similar frameworks.
• Architect multi‑agent systems and integrate them with APIs, databases, internal tools and external SaaS products.
• Lead and mentor a cross‑functional, globally distributed engineering team.
• Optimize performance, context retention, tool usage and cost efficiency.
• Build reusable pipelines and modules for scalable GenAI use cases.
• Ensure enterprise‑grade security, privacy and compliance in all deployments.
• Collaborate directly with senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on LLM‑based application development.
• Proven track record delivering Agentic AI systems (beyond simple chatbots).
• Experience leading engineering teams and working with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
