Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager you will own the vision and execution of Huda Beauty’s creator strategy worldwide. You will lead relationships with top‑tier talent, emerging micro‑creators and makeup artists, manage the global influencer budget, and guide a team of direct and in‑market influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the global influencer strategy and roadmap across all markets.
• Build and manage scalable programs for celebrity, mid‑tier influencers, makeup artists and micro‑creators.
• Own and optimise the global influencer budget to balance performance and brand equity.
• Identify, negotiate and secure major creator collaborations that align with brand vision and revenue goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end creator collaborations from ideation through content rollout and performance tracking.
• Partner with Brand, PR, Product Marketing and Social teams to amplify product launches and campaigns.
• Establish KPIs, analyse campaign data across platforms and regions, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Mentor and grow a high‑performing team, including direct reports and in‑market influencer functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing celebrity or influencer programs, preferably in beauty, fashion or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of classic and digital media landscapes and an established network of influencer contacts.
• Strong crisis communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
