Procurement Executive – Media & Marketing

About the role

The Procurement Executive (UAE National) will shape and implement sourcing strategies for Media and Marketing across Al Futtaim Group divisions, managing high‑value projects and an annual spend exceeding AED 100 million.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own comprehensive sourcing strategies for Media & Marketing categories, linking them to cost‑saving and risk‑mitigation targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for complex initiatives, selecting appropriate negotiation tactics.
• Negotiate, structure and manage supplier contracts, ensuring KPIs and service levels protect commercial and legal interests.
• Monitor procurement compliance, identify root causes of non‑compliance and implement risk‑management actions.
• Act as a trusted business partner to internal stakeholders, providing fact‑based recommendations.
• Coach and develop Procurement Executives, enhancing team capability and execution quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or recognized procurement certification (CIPS, CPSM) advantageous.
• 4‑5+ years progressive experience in procurement, category management or strategic sourcing.
• Proven track record leading strategic sourcing projects and managing key supplier relationships, preferably in Marketing or Advertising.
