Senior Healthcare Strategy & Operations Advisor (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Strategy & Operations Advisor to support executive leadership of a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The role focuses on evaluating market trends, assessing new service proposals, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate healthcare market developments, patient demand and emerging service opportunities.
• Assess proposals for new services, programs, expansion initiatives and strategic collaborations.
• Analyze operational and clinical performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex healthcare data into clear insights, recommendations and executive‑level reports.
• Review KPIs, benchmarks and performance indicators to support strategic decision‑making.
• Identify workflow, productivity and resource‑utilisation improvements.
• Support transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives across clinical and operational functions.
• Analyze patient access, flow, capacity and service utilisation to remove barriers.
• Develop business cases, strategic presentations, executive briefings and performance reports.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations on operational challenges, growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Support senior governance meetings and strategic committees with analysis and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, digital health, corporate and operational stakeholders.
• Explore business‑intelligence, advanced analytics and emerging‑technology opportunities to strengthen forecasting and performance management.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare strategy, operations, business development, performance improvement, operational excellence, analytics or consulting.
• Strong background within a large hospital network, integrated healthcare system, healthcare authority, academic medical center or consulting environment.
• Proven experience advising C‑suite or senior healthcare leadership.
• Deep understanding of healthcare service development, operational performance and market dynamics.
• Experience working with healthcare KPIs, performance data, benchmarking and analytical insights.
