Senior High-Jewelry Sales Specialist – Dubai

About the role

The House of Mouawad is seeking a Senior High‑Jewelry Sales Specialist to lead its boutique in Dubai. The role offers full ownership of a portfolio of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, direct access to rare gemstones and masterpiece creations, and the autonomy to build a client business backed by a 135‑year heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Personally close high‑jewelry sales, leveraging deep gemstone and craftsmanship knowledge.
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of UHNW and VIP clients across the Gulf region.
• Present and place high‑jewelry and masterpiece pieces, explaining provenance, rarity and craftsmanship.
• Host private viewings, trunk shows and exclusive events both in‑boutique and off‑site.
• Collaborate with merchandising, design and atelier teams on bespoke orders.
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of gemstones, certifications and Mouawad’s heritage.
• Ensure the Mouawad experience is consistently delivered without discounting or rushing.
• Work with global client‑eling and CRM teams to provide a seamless client journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record in high‑jewelry, fine‑jewelry or luxury watch sales to UHNW clients.
• Strong gemological background; GIA diploma or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• Existing network of high‑net‑worth relationships in the Gulf market.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
