About the role
Damen Middle East Shared Services is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to act as an HR Business Partner for the Middle East region. The role will focus on aligning HR practices with UAE regulations and supporting the organisation’s people strategy across mainland and free‑zone jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on UAE labour laws and regulatory requirements.
- Support Management and Group HR with ongoing HR matters.
- Oversee personnel and payroll administration.
- Manage compensation and benefits programmes.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or CIPD qualification.
- 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably as an HR Advisor.
- Demonstrated knowledge of UAE mainland and free‑zone regulations.
