Senior HR Business Partner – Banking (UAE)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading bank in the United Arab Emirates to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with the bank’s strategic objectives, covering the full HR spectrum from policy to change management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support business goals.
• Advise on HR policies, procedures and best practices across the organisation.
• Support organisation design, workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
• Manage performance management, employee relations, talent development and change programmes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all banking functions.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the UAE and employed within a bank (essential).
• Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in a banking environment.
• Degree educated with a relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, organisation design and broader HR disciplines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• At least 5 years of HR experience in the banking sector.
• Relevant HR qualification such as CIPD.
• Proven ability to work effectively across functions and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
