Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

DMCC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders of complex, high‑impact business units. The role provides strategic HR advisory, supports people decisions, and ensures alignment of HR initiatives with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver HR advice, challenge decisions constructively, and coach on people matters.
• Lead the end‑to‑end performance management cycle, identify high performers, address under‑performance, and manage succession risks.
• Advise on organisational design, role clarity, and capability needs; support restructuring, growth, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR leadership on headcount planning and hiring aligned with workforce plans.
• Act as escalation point for high‑risk employee‑relations cases, guiding resolution and escalating enterprise‑wide matters as needed.
• Prepare accurate people‑related reports for assigned units, ensuring compliance with DMCC policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR advisory role.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive HR initiatives in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, performance management, employee relations, and organisational design.
