Senior Information Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Information Engineer to lead data manipulation and reporting for its engineering, procurement and project management teams in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on transforming project and document management data into actionable visual reports and dashboards that support decision‑making across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting tools for Class 1 document review, procurement dashboards and project performance tracking.
• Extract, cleanse and publish daily data from Aconex and other EDMS sources, highlighting schedule variances and document delays.
• Create automated email notifications for overdue, due and near‑due documents.
• Design and deliver Power BI dashboards and SharePoint visualisations for real‑time project status.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting requests from the Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data reporting and visualization within large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into clear graphical reports.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineering, procurement and project management stakeholders.
