Senior Information Security Consultant

About the role

Sindstrom Tek is looking for an experienced Senior Information Security Consultant to guide the design, deployment, and operation of a critical CDN node in the United Arab Emirates. Working remotely with our international engineering and infrastructure teams, you will ensure the Middle East edge infrastructure meets the highest security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory security guidance for network and infrastructure components of the CDN node.
• Design and implement zero‑trust architecture, access controls, and encryption mechanisms.
• Lead threat, vulnerability, and DDoS mitigation strategies across BGP/routing and edge devices.
• Set up security monitoring, incident response processes, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Collaborate with global engineers to integrate security into automated/GitOps deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• Background in telecommunications, ISP, cloud, data‑centre, or large‑scale network environments.
• Proven ability to work independently with international technical teams.
