Senior Investment Manager

About the role

CIMD Dubai is seeking a Senior Investment Manager to lead the development and execution of investment strategies across multiple asset classes. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored portfolio solutions that meet risk and return objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor diversified investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Conduct in‑depth market, economic and financial analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage and rebalance investment portfolios, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Prepare investment reports, recommendations and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on product development and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk‑management guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in investment management with a track record of overseeing diversified portfolios.
• Advanced analytical abilities and experience creating investment strategies.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, markets and risk management principles.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are highly desirable.
• Experience in international or Middle‑East financial markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity.
