Senior Landscape Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative landscape projects in Abu Dhabi. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise to shape outdoor environments that respond to the region’s climate, culture and regulatory framework.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation, design and delivery of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
• Develop sustainable design solutions that meet client objectives and UAE environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including master plans, detailed drawings, specifications and 3D visualisations.
• Manage and mentor landscape design teams, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban planners and other stakeholders to integrate landscape design with overall project goals.
• Present design concepts and project updates to clients and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations and sustainability standards.
• Oversee construction phase quality control to guarantee design intent is realised.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in landscape architecture, preferably on commercial and master‑planned community projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s climate, cultural context and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
