Senior Landscape Manager

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is expanding its onsite supervision team. The Senior Landscape Manager will lead the planning, execution and handover of landscape and swimming‑pool works across multiple high‑profile projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of landscape and swimming‑pool packages from design development through construction, defects liability and maintenance.
• Coordinate with design consultants, architects and MEP teams to validate design packages for buildability, cost and compliance.
• Develop and manage project programmes, resource plans and procurement schedules for hardscape, softscape, irrigation and pool systems.
• Oversee site execution teams, contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Manage technical submittals, material approvals and shop‑drawing reviews for filtration, water‑treatment, pool finishes and related MEP interfaces.
• Monitor budgets, variations and cost control, liaising with commercial and QS teams as required.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments and issue resolution.
• Drive the snagging, testing, commissioning and handover process, including preparation of operation and maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of experience in landscape and swimming‑pool projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage large‑scale construction programmes.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and quality assurance in construction environments.
