Senior Loan Growth Manager

About the role

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform, is seeking a Senior Loan Growth Manager to scale its loan operations across crypto, UAT and INS loan products. The role combines campaign ownership, collateral management and pricing strategy while leading a small cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar, define mechanics, budgets and terms, localise with regional teams, orchestrate execution across product, design and CRM, and own UAT for campaign logic.
• Lead the collateral listing/delisting program for margin loans, chair the cross‑functional workflow with Risk, Treasury, Compliance and Legal, define parameters (initial/maintenance LTV, haircuts, caps, interest), manage rollout, and monitor post‑launch performance.
• Build data‑backed proposals for pricing, LTV automation and liquidation thresholds, collaborate with credit‑risk and treasury to optimise internal liquidity and cost.

Required profile

• Player‑coach mindset capable of scaling end‑to‑end loan operations.
• Experience leading a small, cross‑functional team.
• Strong analytical ability to read data, publish dashboards and drive optimisation.
• Comfort working with Risk, Treasury, Compliance and Legal stakeholders.
