Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models for our Intelligent Supply Chain and platform initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of generative AI and traditional machine learning, supporting defense‑grade applications and procurement optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines for automated requirements engineering.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enable semantic search across technical documentation.
• Design prompt‑engineering strategies, including few‑shot and chain‑of‑thought techniques, to improve model performance.
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, model training, optimization, and secure production deployment.
• Collaborate with domain experts, data scientists, and backend engineers to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ML projects in complex, security‑sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of defense engineering or supply‑chain domains is a plus.
• Ability to work within structured delivery frameworks such as Sprint Zero to Stage Gate.
