Senior Machine Learning Scientist – Audio Technologies

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Scientist with deep expertise in audio and speech technologies. You will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML models that power our data integration platform, focusing on speech‑to‑text, speaker identification, keyword spotting, language identification, and deep‑fake detection.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Audio ML team to develop, train, and deploy production‑grade models for speech‑to‑text (including domain adaptation), speaker verification, keyword spotting, language identification, and synthetic audio detection.
• Research, prototype, and integrate transformer‑based and multimodal architectures into scalable pipelines.
• Collaborate with platform engineers to serve models via NVIDIA Triton Inference Server on Kubernetes, ensuring low‑latency, high‑throughput inference.
• Design, implement, and maintain Airflow DAGs for data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model enrichment.
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• At least 5 years (60 months) of hands‑on experience in machine learning for audio/speech.
• Strong software engineering skills and proven ability to deliver production ML services.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering and data‑infrastructure teams.
