Senior Managed Services Solution Architect – MEA

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design of Managed Services offerings across the Middle East and Africa. The role is based onsite in Dubai and focuses on Hybrid Cloud, Private Cloud, AI‑Ops and SAP HANA solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose HPE Managed Services solutions such as Hybrid Cloud Management, Private Cloud AI, Private Cloud Enterprise, AI‑Ops enabled infrastructure, GreenLake services and SAP HANA environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners and customers to translate business needs into technical architectures.
• Create proposals, deliver presentations and provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal experts and external stakeholders to anticipate and address client requirements.
• Adapt solution designs based on feedback, emerging opportunities and technical challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in solution architecture for cloud and managed services.
• Proven ability to work with senior sales representatives and influence customer decisions.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
