Senior Manager AI Security Product Owner

About the role

Join a leading banking organization in the UAE to drive AI security strategy, product development, and risk management for large‑scale AI/ML initiatives. The Senior Manager – AI Security Product Owner will define the roadmap, embed security‑by‑design, and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for AI security solutions.
• Partner with AI/ML engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and business teams to prioritize secure AI use cases.
• Embed security‑by‑design and privacy‑by‑design principles throughout AI/ML development and deployment.
• Establish and govern AI security controls covering model development, deployment, monitoring and operations.
• Integrate cybersecurity controls into MLOps and LLMOps pipelines and drive secure SDLC practices.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML security, technology risk or product ownership.
• Proven track record delivering AI security products in regulated environments, preferably banking.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior business, technology, risk and compliance teams.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in the UAE.

Required skills

• AI security and Generative AI risk management.
• AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act).
• MLOps and LLMOps pipeline security.
• Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• DevSecOps, secure SDLC, threat modelling and vulnerability management.
• Compliance standards: ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR.
