IT Systems & Network Analyst – School Technology

About the role

Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Systems and Network Analyst to manage and maintain core school technology systems, support business applications, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain all core school technology systems to ensure performance, reliability, availability and security.
• Act as the lead point of contact for school‑based business systems, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards, reports and data visualisations for operational, financial, academic and people‑related decisions.
• Extract, validate, cleanse and analyse data from multiple platforms to produce accurate regular and ad‑hoc reports.
• Support administration, configuration and optimisation of MIS, HR, finance, learning technologies and cloud‑based applications.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology solutions and workflow enhancements.
• Monitor data quality, resolve inconsistencies and ensure data integrity across all school systems.
• Assist with system integrations, upgrades, migrations, testing and documentation while ensuring minimal disruption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 4‑6 years’ experience in IT systems administration, business intelligence, data analytics or educational technology.
• Experience with enterprise systems, databases and reporting tools; education or multi‑site experience is desirable.
