Senior Manager - AI Solution Architect

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Group Business Services team as a Senior Manager – AI Solution Architect. You will shape AI‑driven products, guide architecture decisions, and lead a high‑performing technical team in a fast‑moving banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead AI solution architectures, including Large Language Model agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines, Conversational AI, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
• Translate product vision into scalable, standards‑compliant AI designs and evaluate tools such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
• Promote API, data‑product, and micro‑service reuse to reduce technical debt.
• Coach tech leads and engineers on AI architecture principles, patterns, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain Generative AI platform architecture documentation for governance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, delivery leads, and stakeholders to deliver optimal designs in a scaled‑agile model.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, articulating AI value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading AI solution architecture initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience coaching and motivating engineering teams in an agile environment.
