Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence to lead AI innovation for a leading organization in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering enterprise AI solutions while ensuring responsible AI governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
• Drive AI assurance, governance and Responsible AI practices across the organization.
• Oversee AI model validation, testing, monitoring and performance evaluation.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to shape AI strategy and roadmap.
• Present AI use cases, risk assessments and assurance outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.
• Mentor teams and promote AI best practices throughout the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of overall experience with 5‑7 years in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership abilities.
