Senior Manager, Business Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations to join our Dubai office. In this role you will sit at the crossroads of account services, data, and technology, helping the agency make smarter decisions and maintain operational consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Global CRM pipeline and contracted revenue tracking.
• Oversee Workamajig for time tracking, project management, and expense reconciliation.
• Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports.
• Generate SAP accounting and project reports.
• Write custom and ad‑hoc reports in Workamajig for finance, account services, IT, and legal teams.
• Identify data errors, troubleshoot system issues, and propose improvements.
• Develop training materials and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Support Segment 1 Account Leads in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in business operations or analytics within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical expertise and deep understanding of account management processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
