Senior Manager – Digital Assets Custody

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Global Business Services team as a Senior Manager responsible for the end‑to‑end operational and technology‑enabled custody and settlement framework for digital‑asset products. You will work with a diverse, inclusive community that values innovation and risk‑aware delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of digital‑asset custody, settlement, safekeeping and reconciliation for cryptocurrencies, tokenised securities, stablecoins and other blockchain‑based instruments.
• Design, document and continuously improve operational procedures, custody models and control standards for wallet provisioning, transaction processing and asset segregation.
• Oversee private‑key lifecycle management, including secure generation, storage, rotation, backup and recovery using HSMs and multi‑party computation architectures.
• Ensure robust controls for multi‑signature wallets, hot and cold wallet configurations, access entitlements and approval hierarchies.
• Lead operational readiness and change‑management activities for new digital‑asset offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in digital‑asset custody, settlement or related financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and adapt to emerging technologies.
