Senior Manager - Group Finance

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a Senior Manager – Group Finance to lead financial governance, reporting and treasury across its network of schools in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the Associate Director – Group Financial Control and contributes to strategic decision‑making for the region’s leading education group.

Key responsibilities

• Lead statutory and management reporting, financial consolidation and performance analysis for the entire group.
• Strengthen internal controls, ICFR frameworks and overall financial governance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee treasury operations, banking relationships and liquidity management across schools and business units.
• Manage tax governance and ensure timely compliance with statutory obligations.
• Provide finance leadership for strategic projects, acquisitions, transformation programmes and key business initiatives.
• Drive consistent application of IFRS, group accounting policies, delegation of authority and financial governance standards.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in group finance, reporting and treasury within a large, multi‑entity organisation.
• Proven track record of implementing robust internal controls and ICFR frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
