Senior Manager – Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager – Human Capital Business Partner to lead the HC Business Partnering function across e7 Group in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving workforce transformation, talent strategies and people initiatives that underpin business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Capital Business Partner function, ensuring consistent service delivery and governance across the Group.
• Partner with business leaders to translate HC strategy into actionable workforce and organisational plans.
• Advise C‑level executives on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, talent and culture initiatives.
• Oversee annual manpower planning, budgeting, organisational design and Emiratization efforts.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development and performance governance.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture and change‑management programmes.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters in compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Monitor productivity, organisational effectiveness and people‑related risks through data‑driven insights and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM‑SCP, SPHR or equivalent) highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive Human Capital experience, including at least 7 years in Business Partnering to senior executives.
• At least 5 years leading HR teams in complex, multi‑entity organisations.
