Senior Manager - Incident Response

About the role

CPX is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Incident Response & Forensics team in a high‑impact cyber‑defence environment. You will combine deep technical expertise in digital forensics and incident response with strong people‑management skills to protect critical industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team that delivers reactive and proactive defensive security projects for an on‑site VIP customer.
• Act as the technical lead on active incident response engagements across multiple sub‑entities.
• Coordinate, investigate and resolve large‑scale incidents following standards such as NIST 800‑61 r2 and PICERL.
• Drive threat‑hunting activities, environment assessments and SOC support.
• Own the DFIR Lab and continuously improve processes and documentation.
• Manage host, network and mobile forensics investigations.
• Produce detailed technical reports and briefings for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading incident response and digital forensics teams.
• Strong leadership and crisis‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work hands‑on in high‑pressure situations.
