Senior Manager – Integrated PR & Media

About the role

The Senior Manager – Integrated PR & Media will lead the development and execution of Dubai World Trade Centre’s public‑relations and media strategies. Reporting to the Brand Management Division, the role combines commercial growth, operational excellence and cross‑functional collaboration to maximise brand impact across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand business impact.
• Plan, negotiate and optimise media investments, ensuring maximum reach and return on spend.
• Oversee PR and media operations, coordinating internal teams, agencies and vendors for timely campaign delivery.
• Establish and enforce governance processes, manage agency contracts, budgets and performance metrics.
• Foster collaboration across marketing, creative and event teams, and mentor junior staff.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Maintain client, media partner and stakeholder relationships to sustain growth.
• Occasionally travel within the UAE for media meetings, shoots or on‑site coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR, media planning or integrated communications, preferably at a senior level.
• Proven track record in business development and media investment management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage budgets and report on campaign performance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
