Executive Producer

About the role

Beautiful Destinations is looking for a senior production leader to own the delivery of its biggest market in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with clients, creators and on‑set teams to turn sold projects into high‑impact travel content.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the Middle East program, keeping the always‑on creator academy running and overseeing multiple flagship campaigns.
• Translate every new sale into a detailed brief, timing plan, scope, budget and production approach before handing it to the appropriate producer.
• Lead, coach and back‑up Lead Producers, stepping in on productions that need senior oversight.
• Act as the trusted delivery partner for senior clients during calls, leadership meetings and on‑set days.
• Optimize budgets, negotiate longer‑term supplier deals and shape the structure of the production team.
• Deliver high‑quality work at strong margins with clear visibility on budgets, actuals and value‑creating decisions.
• Collaborate with Creative and Creators to select the right talent for each brief and maintain a strong editorial point of view.
• Manage feasibility, permitting, insurance and compliance across the region, anticipating risks before travel.
• Drive initiatives that leverage AI and technology, such as AI prompt packs, automated release forms and new footage‑storage workflows.

Required profile

• Approximately 10 years of production experience, with a track record of handling larger programmes rather than single shoots.
• Proven ability to write realistic estimates, proposals and timing plans and to keep projects moving without stalls.
• Strong client‑facing skills: clear presentation of solutions, understanding client concerns and facilitating constructive feedback.
• Experience owning a portfolio of work, managing commercial aspects such as budget allocation and long‑term planning.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing other producers and improving team performance.
• Deep understanding of both cinematic hero films and social‑first, always‑on content across the traveler journey.
• Enthusiasm for AI and production technology, with concrete examples of using them to increase speed, quality or cost‑efficiency.
• Background in production companies, creator‑led studios or social‑first agencies where pace and flexibility are essential.
• Experience shooting in the GCC, especially Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage.
