Senior Manager - Martech

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Martech to own and evolve our marketing technology stack. You will drive the intelligence layer that determines who receives which message and when, and build internal growth products that enable the marketing and growth teams to operate beyond current tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and roadmap the growth marketing stack, including CRM/engagement (MoEngage), attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics integration (Amplitude).
• Design and implement event and signal instrumentation, ensuring measurement integrity across paid, owned and organic channels.
• Develop and validate predictive models for propensity, next‑best product, churn, and offer optimisation, turning them into live scores and segments.
• Build internal automation tools—scoring pipelines, operational agents, reporting dashboards and campaign tooling—leveraging AI‑assisted development.
• Translate segments and signals into real‑time lifecycle journeys and cross‑service orchestration.
• Evaluate new martech and AI solutions through structured build‑vs‑buy assessments, proofs of concept and costed recommendations.
• Raise AI capability across the growth and marketing team.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in marketing technology, growth engineering or data science within consumer‑scale businesses (app‑first, fintech, e‑commerce).
• Hands‑on ownership of a major CRM/engagement platform (MoEngage, Braze, CleverTap, Iterable or equivalent).
• Practical expertise with mobile attribution and MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), CDP architecture, identity resolution and event schema design.
• Proven track record building, validating and deploying predictive models in a commercial setting.
