Senior Manager – Payments and Remittances

About the role

As a Senior Manager – Payments and Remittances at Emirates NBD, you will develop and manage domestic and international payment products across the Emirates NBD Group and Liv, from concept to launch. The role requires deep expertise in payment ecosystems, SWIFT, host‑to‑host integrations and instant payment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational resilience of payments and remittance services across retail channels, establishing controls, coordinating incident response and driving automation.
• Interpret and operationalise regulatory requirements (MAS, PSD2, AML, CTF), conduct risk assessments and lead internal audits to maintain compliance.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to design and launch competitive payment and remittance features, improving satisfaction and market share.
• Lead governance of process enhancements, prioritising improvement projects, managing cross‑functional teams and tracking benefits realisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Professional certification in payments (e.g., Certified Payments Professional) and ongoing CPD in regulatory compliance, digital banking or risk management.
